Kayla and Christian Couple Session | Evansville Indiana Photographer

Christian first laid eyes on his girlfriend of seven years when they were in second grade. Christian flirted his way into Kayla’s heart until he finally got to call her his in eighth grade. I met these two five years ago at North High School, where we all went to school. After high school graduation they both went away to Murray State University. When I posted about the family shoot I was giving away, Kayla immediately texted me and let me know that her and Christian were interested in a couples session since it had been two years since they had had professional photos taken of them.

This shoot was my first shoot without Alisha there if I needed her. I have to say, I was a little nervous, but these two made it so easy for me. Their connection and the way they interact with each other was so natural!  We shot this session at the University of Southern Indiana, one of my absolute favorite places to shoot in Evansville.

Kayla and Christian, thank you for making my first session alone an absolute dream. It has been a pleasure watching your relationship grow since we were 15, and I cannot wait to see what else is in store for you both!

P.S. Christian, I hope you keep me in mind when you decide to pop the question!
