Apartment Living: From Drab to Dream | Evansville Indiana Wedding Photographer
It's my birthday month - whooo! So I'm getting a little more personal with a home tour on the blog in celebration! Dakota and I have lived together in three different apartments all three years we've lived in Evansville, which is perfect for my business. Bless this man's heart for putting up with my constant need for change.
When we moved into 832, we knew we loved it's beautiful natural light, mid century vibe and excellent proximity to great local restaurants. We also knew living in a sea of beige was not an option. (How depressing!) Where there were more rooms than our last place, storage space was sparse. I immediately called Allie Ruth to help make the place reflect who we are and to help find a way to get back some of the storage we lost with the move.
The dining room is one of my favorite rooms in the house. Decorated with images from our trip to Europe last May, as well as art from the session we did for my 25th birthday, it reminds me of all kinds of memories I love most! Allie totally out did herself! Wait 'til you see the bar in the living room and the rose gold touches in the office - swoon!
